Founded in 2014, Clarity Pointe Development Partners, LLC – a partnership led by Rick Olson of Olson Land Partners, LLC (OLP) – set out to create a new brand of senior living communities to raise the standard in memory care. The partnership has opened two strategically-planned locations, with three additional communities planned to open in 2018, and an additional community scheduled to open in 2019. There are additional sites under contract throughout the Florida area, in markets that require and deserve the brand of senior living care and quality we represent.

With YourLife’s expanded services – including Independent Living and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care – OLP is aggressively seeking entry into markets with good demographics, high barriers to entry, and high demand.

As a strategic JV Partner with AIG Global Real Estate (AIG GRE), OLP is responsible for all aspects of expanding the YourLife™ communities throughout the Southeastern United States, including market evaluation, site selection, turn-key development and construction, and operational oversight of the YourLife™ brand. Rick Olson has built an impressive reputation for his ability to develop across many real estate sectors and perform in difficult market conditions - excelling where others retreat. OLP is uniquely qualified to perform through its development experience and knowledge of market trends, including an understanding and capability of adding value to its project portfolio.
